Getting help & reporting a problem
If something isn't working, please email us with:
- your device and operating system (for example, iPhone / iOS or Android),
- the app version if you know it,
- what you were doing and what happened.

Account help
You can use MealRadar as a guest, or create and sign into an account from the Home account drawer. From there you can also sign out or delete your account. For step-by-step deletion instructions, see the Account & Data Deletion page.
About your data (important)
Your pantry, saved recipes, saved meal plans, shopping list, shopping habits, and preferences are currently stored only on your device. They are not backed up or synced to the cloud. If you uninstall the app, clear its storage, or lose or replace your device, this data may be lost. Cloud backup and sync are not currently available.
Data-rights & grievance requests
For privacy and data-rights requests — including access, correction, updating, deletion or erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievances, or (in India) nomination-related requests — email support@mealradar.xyz from the email associated with your account. We aim to respond within 90 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we process, our service providers, retention, and breach handling.
Food safety & allergy disclaimer
MealRadar can suggest recipes and meal plans, and includes basic allergy and expired-food safety guards. These are conveniences, not guarantees. MealRadar does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice. Always check ingredients, expiry dates, and allergy suitability yourself, and follow safe food-handling practices.
